PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability by realizing miniaturization of a self light emitting apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises; a second electrodes opposed to the plurality of the first electrodes and interposing a light emitting layer with the first electrode and; wiring for the second electrodes which include a superimposed part crossing or expanding while superimposing on input/output signal lines via inter-layer insulator film on an upper layer of the input/output signal lines in an area where the plurality of input/output signal lines are wired in a peripheral area and a contact part which is electrically connected to the second electrodes in the superimposed part.
