PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic apparatus, in which the paper sheet can be easily conveyed by preventing the tip end of the paper sheet from easily turning up by receiving the wind pressure from the front due to a conveyance speed of the paper sheet itself, in the case of large curling in the front end portion of the peeled paper sheet and in the case of insufficient peeling of the paper sheet from a drum. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic apparatus is equipped with a peeling means which is provided on a transfer means for transferring the toner image formed on a photoreceptor; a peeling means provided on the downstream side in the paper sheet conveyance direction, with respect to the transfer means for making the paper sheet transferred with the toner image peel from the surface of the photoreceptor, an air duct cooperating with the peeling of the paper sheet from the photoreceptor by the peeling means; and a conveyance means for conveying the paper sheet peeled from the photoreceptor surface, wherein the air discharge section of the air duct is vertically divided and the upper part side is formed into a shape for discharging the air to the photoreceptor side and the lower side is formed into a shape of discharging the air to the paper sheet conveyance side.
