PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the curved amount of scanning lines by optical beams emitted from light sources. SOLUTION: In an optical writing device, a plurality of optical members are arranged in an optical housing to irradiate respectively corresponding photosensitive bodies with the scanning lines by the light beams emitted from a plurality of light sources. A reflection mirror 31C, which is one of the optical members arranged on the optical paths of the light beams, is held by a holding member 51, a scanning line curve adjusting means 50 is provided at an approximately center section along the longitudinal direction of the reflection mirror 31C and the amount of deflection of the reflection mirror 51C is adjusted toward the direction which is curved in a projecting and recessing shape along the incident direction of the light beams made incident on the reflection mirror 51C by the scanning line curve adjusting means 50. The adjustment of the curved amount of the scanning lines is conducted by deflecting the reflection mirror 31C, which is the existing optical member as the optical writing device and is a member that is easily deflected.
