PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching composition capable of suppressing change in viscosity to temperature irrespective of kind of surfactant used. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching composition stored in trigger spray type or coating type container comprises (A) hydrogen peroxide, (B) a surfactant and (C) a viscosity change inhibitor. The viscosity change inhibitor (C) is preferably a water-soluble polymer (CX) containing an oxyalkylene unit (M), an alkylene terephthalate unit and/or an alkylene isophthalate unit (N) on the main chain.
