PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new highly safe medicament for reducing neutral fat in blood, and an agent for treating disease associated with the neutral fat in the blood. SOLUTION: The agent for reducing the neutral fat in the blood, and the agent for treating the disease associated with the neutral fat in the blood contain astaxanthin and/or an ester thereof.
