PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser which enables the reset of the operating lever to its original condition and its manual operation by constituting a driving apparatus which can be locked and released to an operating lever for a spouting cock movably to a server main body, and by separating the driving apparatus from the operating lever when the driving apparatus is locked or the like. SOLUTION: In the beverage dispenser, which keeps a plurality of spouting mechanisms arranged in parallel on the main body and spouts a beverage by operating a driving mechanism corresponding to the operating lever of a spouting cock in each spouting mechanism, the driving apparatus is installed hookably to and releasably from the operating lever, and in each driving apparatus, as a control substrate for controlling the operating lever is independently equipped, when the driving apparatus is locked, by separating the driving apparatus from the operating lever, a manual operation for returning the operating lever to its original condition can be performed.
