PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically search the start time of a specific scene to which a user especially pays attention, in a stored content. SOLUTION: A receiver 1a is provided with a searching unit 71 for searching contribution sentence data corresponding to a specific scene searching condition as searched contribution sentence data, in a plurality of items of contribution sentence data concerning distributed content; a grouping unit 72 for grouping the plurality of searched contribution sentence data in accordance with the mutual correlation; a time unit converting unit 73 for converting the time information of first predetermined accuracy into the time information of second predetermined accuracy, if the second predetermined accuracy of the time information associated with the distributed content is more subdivided than the first predetermined accuracy of the time information included in each group of searched contribution sentence data; and a statistical processing unit 74 for calculating the specific scene start time for each group from the time information of the searched contribution sentence data of each group.
