PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of suppressing variations in brightness in a light-emitting region when the lighting system is formed to have a large area. SOLUTION: One embodiment of the present invention is a light-emitting device comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, a layer containing a light-emitting substance formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, an insulating layer formed in a grid form and containing a fluorescent agent, and wiring formed over the insulating layer.
