PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-button switch capable of ensuring mounting strength of the switch by ensuring fitting between a frame and a housing. SOLUTION: This push-button switch is provided with: a housing 1 having a housing part 1a with a fixed contact 2 arranged on a surface perpendicular to the bottom face thereof; external terminals 3 led out from the fixed contact 2 and projecting to the bottom face side of the housing 1; a moving contact 4 contacting to and separating from the fixed contact 2; an operation member 6 formed so as to push the moving contact 4 by projecting from a housing 7; and a frame 8 mounted so as to retain the operation member 6 in the housing 7 and to cover the front faces and the side faces of the housing 7 and 1. By extending facing side face plates 8b of the frame 8 to the back face side of the housing 1 and by bending them to arrange the respective free ends thereof in a form adjacent to each other, bottom face side ends 8i of the free ends are so formed as to be surface-mounted to a circuit board 10 along with the external terminals 3.
