PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous/fluid damper device, effectively exhibiting vibration damping performance even if displacement is caused due to offset load in the direction different from the damping direction, and preventing outflow of viscous liquid in the interior even when it rolls. SOLUTION: This viscous/fluid damper device is a viscous/fluid damper device 1 adapted to damp the vibration taking the position for disposing the device between a setting body 21 and a support 22 and floating the support 22 by a fixed amount as a base point. The device includes: a damper body 6 storing viscous fluid 4, which is disposed on the setting body 21; a shaft 3, one end of which is connected to a mounting plate 8 fixed to the support 22, the other end facing the inside of the viscous fluid 4 from the opening side of the damper body 6; a damping plate 5 for obtaining damping force in a space up to the viscous fluid 4, which is connected with a clearance up to the inner wall of the damper body 6 in the viscous fluid 4 and with degree of freedom in the direction orthogonal to the shaft 3; and a cover body 2 closing the opening side of the damper body 6 in the sealing state.
