PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning structure of a plurality of members capable of improving positioning accuracy of the respective members when relative positioning of the plurality of members is repeatedly performed. SOLUTION: A pin hole 22 for fitting an end of a knock pin 20 and an inclined sub screw hole 23 into which a sub bolt 21 is screwed are formed on an abutting surface 12a of a bearing part 12. On an abutting surface 13a of a bearing cap 13, a pin hole 24 and an inclined sub bolt insertion hole 25 are respectively formed at a position corresponding to the pin hole 22 and the sub screw hole 23 of the bearing part 12. When the sub bolt 21 inserted into the sub screw hole 23 from the sub bolt insertion hole 25 side is operated to be screwed in a state that the knock pin 20 is fitted in the respective pin holes 22 and 24, the bearing cap 13 and the bearing part 12 are relatively moved accompanied by the screw operation, and thereby an outer side surface 27 of the knock pin 20 can be partially abutted to a part of an inner side surface 28 of the pin hole 24.
