Said aim is achieved by non-positively connecting the inner rotary part (4) of a swivel motor (2) and the second stabilizer part (1) to each other while configuring said non-positive connection in such a way that the central axis of the force-transmitting length of the second stabilizer part (1) and the central axis of the force-transmitting length of the inner rotary part (4) are located on a common radial plane.
