<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a shaft (10), and a receptacle (12) arranged on a front end of the shaft for fixing a holding pin. Fluid volume is present under excessive pressure in the shaft, and an actuating device is attached to the shaft. The actuating device partly releases the fluid volume to act upon the holding pin or on a pressure piston to move the holding pin out of the receptacle perpendicular to surface of the bone. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for inserting a holding pin in a bone e.g. jaw-bone during dental treatment. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The actuating device partly releases the fluid volume to act upon the holding pin or on the pressure piston to move the holding pin out of the receptacle, thus allowing the pin to be driven into the bone even in cramped spaces.
