The rear area of the instrument (2) has a recessed zone (14) suitable for the accommodation of the lever (6) rotating around a transversal axle (15). The outer end of the lever (6) is coated with a profiled material for a better grip. The unit is activated and released with a spring supported control element (7, 17, 18).
