The adjustable spanner is for the special screws used for an aluminum hubcap. There are two borings in the lower part of the housing (1) to receive the pins (3, 4). There is a handle (2) screwed onto the top of the housing. A grub screw (5) locks the pins in the borings. One of the pins may have a central pin added to it, and may be pressed into the housing.
