<p>The invention relates to microelectronic engineering, in particular to a structural design of thermoelectric modules used for thermoelectric cooling. The inventive module can be used for cascade and multi-cascade coolers. The aim of said invention is to produce a construction design which fully excludes environmental factors. The inventive thermoelectric module comprises at least one cascade of alternating n- and p-type thermoelectric elements (1), electric electrodes (2) which are connected to said thermoelectric elements and disposed on the heat-absorbing (3) and heat-generating (4) surfaces thereof, heat-transfer plates (5, 6) fixed to each element surface by means of the electric electrodes (2) and an insulating film (7) arranged on the side surfaces of the elements (1), wherein all internal surfaces of the inventive module are provided with a continuous insulating film (7).</p> |
