After a coolant is introduced into a pilot device (9) through a feed, the coolant is fed relatively closely around a pilot tube through a stainless steel tube (14) that surrounds a second pilot device coaxially and stops above a plug, so that the coolant leaves the bottom hole of the tube and passes inside the pilot device to an outlet and through this out of the pilot device.
