<p>Acid-generating salts compounds with terminal amino groups attached via an atom with two pairs of free electrons, preferably oxygen or nitrogen, are used in hardener compositions for liquid aminoplastic resin adhesives for glueing wood etc. A method for glueing wood or cellulose fibre-based products with liquid adhesives (I) based on water-soluble aminoplastic resin(s) which are hardened with hardener compositions (II) containing acid-generating salt(s). These salts are obtained by the action of a compound with an end group of formula -A-NH2 on an organic or inorganic acid, where A : an atom with two pairs of free electrons, preferably oxygen or nitrogen. Independent claims are also included for (1) hardener compositions (II) as described above (2) products made of wood or cellulose fibres and glued by the above method using (I).</p> |
