<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical three-dimensional(3D) information input device capable of easily performing change of pointing or the view point in a 3D space and naturally moving the character or the like of animation while using the gesture or action of a user as it is. SOLUTION: Concerning the device for providing the differential image of an object at the time of irradiation and no irradiation with light, this device is provided with a light emitting means 3 for irradiating an object with light, area image sensor (IMS) 1 having image pickup parts constituted by two- dimensionally arranging plural light receiving elements for photoelectric conversion and a CCD type charge transfer means or transferring and extracting charges provided by these image pickup parts, and timing signal generating means 5 for driving the CCD type charge transfer means of the IMS, controlling the timing of charge transfer from the light receiving element to the CCD type charge transfer means and performing control the amount of light receiving charges at the time of light emission at the light emitting means and the amount of light receiving charges at the time of light non-emission can be arranged as predetermined in all the IMS or respective CCD type charge transfer means.</p> |
