<p>An operating position select device (100) has a select lever unit (1), a mode shift unit (300) to shift operation modes of the automatic transmission (19), a mechanically connecting means (8, 10, 12, 13, 18) connecting them, and an assist actuator (9) controlled be a control unit (22) to assist a select lever (2). The control unit (22) includes an improper-halt judging part (33) for judging an improper halt of the lever based on an operating position, a basic target reaction-force setting part (35) for setting a basic target reaction-force based on the operating position, a target reaction-force compensating part (34) for computing a reaction-force compensation-amount based on the improper-halt state and the operating position, a target reaction-force computing part (36) for computing a target reaction-force based on the basic target reaction-force and reaction-force compensation-amount, and an assist force computing part(37) for computing an assist force based on the target reaction-force and operating force.</p> |
