<p>The prosthesis has a reservoir with an elastic wall (1) in a deflated position and another wall in a maximum filling position to delimit a volume (2) filled with an active biological product. A micro-porous blank (6) permits slow diffusion of the product in the direction of a natural vessel and/or an organ to be treated.
