Tooth restoration part comprises a one-membered or multi-membered lower part and an upper part connected to and at least partly covering the lower part. The upper part at least partly forms a masticatory surface with at least one hard masticatory element (12, 14, 16) and at least one connecting material that connects the masticatory element to the lower part. An independent claim is also included for the production of a tooth restoration part.
