PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the security performance for vehicle theft, when the fingerprint recognition is unable by transferring the image data of a person getting on a vehicle through a communication network to display the image for confirmation. SOLUTION: When a door can not be unlocked by the fingerprint recognition of a fingerprint recognizing device 11 an on-board computer detects the door- lock releasing condition for a prescribed time. When the door-lock releasing is detected by the door-lock releasing or the like due to the transmission or receiving of a remote operation signal between the on-board receiver and a portable transmitter, a person getting on a vehicle 1 is photographed by a CCD camera for a prescribed time, and the image data thereof is transmitted from the portable telephone to a communication network 30. Then, the image data are taken in and stored by a portable telephone 33 with a color monitor or the like to display, and the confirmation of the person in the vehicle is carried out by the display image. |
