<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous sheet laver capable of remarkably improving texture in biting, etc., compared with a porous sheet laver in which numerous through holes are bored with a conical needle and adequately attaining initial perforating object and to provide a round blade for perforating the sheet laver and boring through holes and a rotating roll for perforating the sheet laver. <P>SOLUTION: In the porous sheet laver 1 in which numerous through holes 2 are bored over whole surface of the sheet laver, through holes 2 are formed by thrusting a pyramidal blade 6 having four angular lines into the sheet laver 1.
