PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for managing a transaction capable of realizing a business transaction using an electronic coupon capable of reflecting both of discount provided by a manufacturer side and discount provided by a shop side. SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 includes an electronic coupon storing means 21 for receiving and storing the electronic coupon 301 issued by a server device 50. The server device 50 includes a first storing means 95 for storing first discount information related to a predetermined commodity, a second storing means 96 for storing second discount information related to a predetermined shop and the predetermined commodity, an electronic coupon generating means 69 for generating the electronic coupon for providing the discount on the predetermined commodity by the predetermined shop in accordance with the first discount information and the second discount information, and an electronic coupon supplying means 68 for supplying the generated electronic coupon to the user terminal. |
