Fastener of yielding node of metal frame yielding timbering made of mine special profiles has the slat with openings, fixation cramp, ?-like in shape, with threaded ends going through the openings of the slat, with the inner and the outer sections of the frame placed with lapping between those, made of special profile, and nuts. To increase fabricability and provide stabilization of working resistance and working characteristic of the yielding timbering the slat is made of a section of special profile with transverse shape cut placed at the side of its bottom to the flanges; at that the slat with the transverse shape cut surrounds in free way the bottom and the inclined side walls of the inner section, and the openings in the slat are made in the bottom of the section of special profile of which it is made and placed at the sides of the transverse shape cut.
