A reducer consists of a stator and two coaxial rotors with two blades arranged on each rotor. The reducer transforms the varying-rotary motion of the rotors to the rotary motion of the main shaft by means of combined pinions the crown of which is arranged in a shape of conjugated convex and concave arcs kinematically connected to each other. To the assembly of the reducer supplementary torsion unit is includes, the pinions of this one are connected to the pinions of the shafts of the rotors. This unit can be used as twin two-stroke pump. This invention promotes increase of efficiency, decrease of fuel flow rate and material consumption of the engine.
