The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the abdominal surgery. The method for pyloroduodenoplasty in perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer provides for approaching the walls of the afferent and efferent segments of the intestine with the aid of serous-muscular holding sutures. Then the intestinal tissues are punctured at the distance of several millimeters from the site where these walls are approached. Through the punctures, the deformed implant cooled to the temperature of +4°C is inserted. The implant is designed as the oval rings made of titanium nickelid, which compress elastically the walls of the anastomosed intestinal segments. Finally, he serous and muscular sutures are applied to the intestinal punctures and around the implant.
