A hydrocyclone apparatus for removal of heavy admixtures from water contains several horizontally located cylindrical cyclone chambers, which are connected together by means of tangential inlets and outlets. Tangential inlets and outlets are used as means for supply and removal of water and ensure only circular and axial motion of water in one direction without backlow in the apparatus. In this case, each chamber contains longitudinal slit opening for removal of dispersed admixtures and bunker for accumulation of these admixtures.
