Device for automatic start of pneumatic brakes of the train at derailment of wheels contains a pneumatic cylinder with two cavities with openings connecting it with the brake main and atmosphere, spring and derailment indicator. Pneumatic cylinder is located in the housing and contains valve and valve stem. The housing also contains a mass, being rested on the spring and rigidly connected with the rod of mass, and two hingedly connected control rods, and their other ends through the hinges are connected with the housing and rod of pneumatic cylinder.
