Utility model relates to the systems of space vehicles. The system of damping the angular velocities of axially symmetrical space vehicle contains the sensor of longitudinal angular velocity, the sensors of the first and second transverse angular velocities, the control unit of actuators of longitudinal channel, the units of control of actuators of the first and second transverse channels, the actuators of longitudinal, first and second transverse channels, inputs of which are connected with the outputs of corresponding control units. For guaranteeing the minimization of the consumption of working medium between each sensor and control unit of actuators the unit of connection of appropriate sensor and the unit of determination of beginning of damping of longitudinal velocity are introduced .
