A method to make zephyr includes obtaining zephyr mass forming a body with the following settling and drying the ready product. The body of the zephyr is formed of various configurations filling a core thereof with filler. Fruit fillers, fat-base creams, chocolate masses, nut pastes, boiled condensed milk, whipped and jelly masses are used as such.The one-colour or multicoloured zephyr mass is used.
