Fire-proof high-rise building is separated in height to fire-protection compartments, where the boundary of the lower fire-protection compartment is not larger than 47 m, and the fire-protection compartments placed higher do not exceed 50 m and where each fire-protection compartment of the building is separated from the other fire-protection compartment by a technical floor area of which within each section of the building is not larger than 2200 m2, and/or fire-protection floor where at the boundary of the fire-protection compartment at the level of the floor in contour of the building ledge is placed, this goes out of the boundaries of the facade.
