Deceleration system of angular velocities of axially symmetrical space vehicle contains the sensor of longitudinal angular velocity, the sensors of the first and second transverse angular velocities, the control unit of the actuators of longitudinal channel, the control units of actuators of the first and second transverse channels, the actuators of longitudinal, first and second transverse channels, inputs of which are connected with the outputs of the corresponding control units. The unit of determining the beginning of the deceleration of longitudinal velocity is introduced for the possibility of deceleration of initial angular velocities between each sensor and control unit of actuators. The second input of the unit of connection of the sensor of longitudinal angular velocity is connectedwith the output of the sensor of second transverse angular velocity, and the output is connected with the second input of the unit of connection of the sensor of longitudinal angular velocity, the unit of determining the beginning of the deceleration of transverse velocity is introduced, first input of which is connected with the output of the sensor of the first transverse angular velocity, the second input - with the output of the sensor of second transverse angular velocity, the first output - with the second input of the unit of connection of the first transverse angular velocity, and the second output - with another input of the unit of connection of the second transverse angular velocity.
