The method for preventing consumption coagulopathy upon intrauterine death of one fetus in double-oval pregnancy comprises the periodical transfusions of donor's cryoplasma throughout the pregnancy in combination with plasmapheresis. 30-40% of circulating blood plasma is removed and low-molecular heparin (Fraxiparin) is prescribed.
