TECHNIQUE FOR LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY IN DESTRUCTIVE CHOLECYSTITIS COMPLICATED WITH GENERALIZED PERITONITIS

The technique for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in destructive cholecystitis complicated with generalized peritonitis comprises the separate clipping of the bladder duct and bladder artery, the resection of the gall bladder, the sanitization and the draining of the peritoneal cavity. The gall bladder is dissected circularly at the level of its neck followed by the traction pulling at the stump of bladder neck.
