A method to make butter, according to which cream is pasteurized, deodorized, separated obtaining cream of a high fat content or a mixture of a high fat content, additional components are supplementedand normalized according to the content of moisture in a normalizing bath, the cream of a high fat content or the mixture of a high fat content obtained are pasteurized and delivered into a buttermaker for obtaining the butter.
