The cold end of the vortex pipe is located directly in the passenger compartment and is equipped with openings, axes of which form an angle of 30-45 DEGREE with its longitudinal axis, and the ratio of the total sectional area of openings to the sectional area of the opening of the cold end of the vortex pipe makes 1.0-1.5.
