The proposed method of diagnostics for detecting cryoglobulinemia consists in determining the content of cryoglobulins by the difference of the values of the optical density of the patient's blood serum solution at a temperature of 37 ?C and after cooling to 4 ?C, then heating the solution to 37 ?C for one hour, determining the optical density of the solution, cooling the solution to 4 ?C for 24 hours, determining the optical density of the solution, and determining the diagnostic indexes (K1, K2) that are used for detecting cryoglobulinemia.
