METHOD FOR TREATING GIGANTIC GASTRODUODENAL ULCERS

The method for treating the gigantic gastroduodenal ulcers provides for the use of acidity-decreasing drugs combined with physiotherapy. Antihelicobacterial therapy is also used. Dalargin (0.5 mg) is administered by means of endonasal electrophoresis. The duration of electrophoresis is 10-30 minutes with the current of 0.3-2.5 mA, 10-20 procedures in total.
