METHOD FOR EXTINGUISHING FIRE IN BOAT

A method for extinguishing the fire in the boat consists in the transfer of the fire-extinguishing means to the boat in fire, the containment of the fire focus, and fire-extinguishing. To improve the reliability of fire-extinguishing, the fire-extinguishing means is designed with the positive buoyancy. For the containment of the fire focus, the construction of fire-proof material is used in such a way that the boat in fire is located inside the closed space. The fire-extinguishing is performed employing the substitution of the air by carbon dioxide in the focus of the fire as well as in the under-deck spacers of the boat.
