TECHNIQUE FOR INFECTING CHICKEN EMBRYOS BY NEWCASTLE DISEASE VIRUS AND VIRUS OF INFECTIOUS BRONCHITIS

The technique for infecting the chicken embryos by Newcastle disease virus and virus of the infectious bronchitis comprises passaging the strains of the viruses, their culture in the chicken embryos, and aspiration of the extraembryonic virus-containing fluid with high activity of both viruses. One embryo is infected with both strains simultaneously.
