A refractory concrete mixture of low water consumption contains, % by weight : chamotte filler 62.8-75.2; mixture of fine-dispersed chamotte with non-metallurgical and reactive reagents at a ratio between 1:2.2:0.2 and 1:2.3:0,3 with content of fraction less than 4 mum, of not less than 50 %, 20-30; high-aluminous cement 4-6; dispersive additive in the form of modified dispersed alumina with a content of particles, of size of 3 mum, not less than 50 %, 0.8-1,2. It is intended for making monolith lining of heat units elements, e.g. leveling blanket of bottom in steel teeming ladles
