The present invention relates to a device for measuring pulse length that can be used in radar systems, control systems, measuring systems, and other systems. The proposed device contains a pulse amplitude converter, two comparators, a unit for determining a minimal pulse amplitude, a filter, two time delay elements, and an AND logic element. The output of the AND logic element is used as the output of the proposed device, the first input is connected to the output of the first comparator, and the second input is connected to the output of the second comparator. The first input of the second comparator is connected to the first input of the first comparator and the output of the first time delay element. The input of the first time delay element is used as the input of the proposed device and is connected to the input of the pulse amplitude converter. The output of the converter is connected to the input of the unit for determining a minimal pulse amplitude. The output of the unit for determining a minimal pulse amplitude is connected to the input of the filter. The output of the filter is connected to the second input of the first comparator and the input of the second time delay element. The output of the second time delay element is connected to the second input of the second comparator. The proposed device is distinctive by its enhanced accuracy in determining pulse length due to a possibility to generate measuring pulses which amplitude is independent of pulse amplitude at the input of the device.
