The invention provides a fastener implant for osteosynthesis of fragments (O1, O2) of the first metatarsal bone (1) in its proximal portion (1A) situated towards the tarsal bone (5), the implant comprising at least a fastener element (8) for fastening via a fastener face (10) on or against the outside surface (11) of the first metatarsal bone (1) in order to hold the bone fragments (O1, O2) together, the implant being characterized in that said fastener face (10) includes at least one anatomical surface portion (14) of shape that is substantially complementary to the shape of the plantar surface (P) of the proximal portion (1A) of the first metatarsal bone (1).
