Object reception device has a reading unit (4) reading an identification medium (EID1) related to objects (O1), when the objects, e.g. letter, are found in a mailbox (2). The reading unit reads a data associated to the identification medium which is found in mailbox, and produces information (INF) for an user from the data (D1). A transmission unit (5) transmits the information towards the exterior of the mailbox. Independent claims are also included for: (A) A method for transmitting an information to an information restitution receiver; and (B) A computer program for implementing an information transmitting method.
