The system has tubes installed at the bottom of a stream along water circulation direction. The tubes are made of hard composite material which is recyclable and stable. One tube is utilized for generation of electricity and other tube is utilized for transporting drinking water using empty tankers into country with lack of water during a drought. The tubes evacuate the water situated close to river mouth during flooding time.
