The device has a flexible plastic sheath (1) in which synthetic fibers (2) are threaded, where length of the sheath is of 1 to 2 centimeters. The sheath is folded into two and held by a line guide winding (3) in which quills (4) are confined. A folded part (5) of the sheath maintains a slot of few millimeters whose length is calculated based on size of a fish hook. An independent claim is also included for a lure capped or not for line fishing including an artificial bait/lure part fastening device.
