PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing capacitor by which the adhesion between a laminate and spacers can be suppressed while the interlayer adhesion of the laminate is intensified between dielectric resin layers and electrode metal layers. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a capacitor in which the dielectric resin layers and electrode metal layers are alternately laminated upon another, individual pieces 31 obtained by cutting a laminated board formed by alternately laminating the dielectric resin layers and electrode metal layers upon another into stripes and the spacers 41 are alternately incorporated in a fixing frame 42, and the individual pieces 31 and spacers 41 are heated while the pressure applied to the pieces 31 and spacers 41 is adjusted by melt-spraying a metal which becomes external electrodes to the pieces 31 and spacers 41 alternately incorporated in the fixing frame 42.
