PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a base plate against twist and bend. SOLUTION: In a mechanism unit (10A) provided with a base plate (11) which is supported on a base frame by four points through four insulators made of an elastic material and has a principal surface (111) and a rear surface (112) and has an approximately rectangular opening (11a) in a center part, a weight (18A) arranged on the rear surface (112) of the base plate is extended between both side ends of the base plate and is attached to both side ends of the base plate.
